Te Atatu South existing house re-orientated and shifted to the front

and Subdivide new lot to the rear

70s' bungalow with brick basement water damaged due to overland flow path and bad drainage works, in average old condition, board and batten cladding contains asbestos, timber joinery. We re-orientated this house and shifted to the front, to receive more sunlight to the living areas, as well as a better solution for subdividing a new lot to the rear site. Relocated house had new cladding, aluminium joinery with double glazing, internal layout altered to have improved indoor outdoor flow, removal of existing basement, provided a new single carport, new sunny deck with front courtyard.
